You’ll gain insight into how the UX design process applies to AI – from early UX research and journey mapping to prototyping and interface design. In this session, we’ll also discuss patterns for conversational interfaces, agentic tools, and approaches to accessibility – so you can learn how AI can help create smarter, more impactful research experiences.
