A monthly gathering for the UC open source community. Each meetup is co-hosted by a different campus in the network, with the hosting campus setting the agenda for the first half (demos, workshops, guest speakers, whatever they want to share), and the second half an open community call for network updates, project sharing, and Q&A.

UC Davis hosts with a focus on POSE—the NSF program for building open source ecosystems—and its evolution into PESOSE. We’ll look at how the program is structured, what’s changed in how proposals are evaluated, and what that means for UC researchers thinking about applying, plus hear from researchers who’ve won these awards about what they’ve built. Speakers to be announced!
