November 12 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
NCBI’s Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) is an archive for gene expression and epigenomics studies that now contains over 233,000 studies. GEO’s content includes data from over 6000 organisms, with most of the studies (77%) on human or mouse tissues or cells. This talk will cover how to search for studies in GEO, use of GEO’s analysis tools, and how to submit to GEO.
